I can help you get organised and ready for your subject learning. This includes optimal note taking which in turn become your revision notes.

I can help you learn how to research for your projects and essays, how to format the research and also how to cite and create a bibliography.

I can help you with stress and anxiety, how to move forward when you just want to stop.

I can help you understand how to live in a boarding house, how to prepare for it and how to socialise within it.

I can help you understand how to work well in a team with a diverse group of students.

I can help you learn how to read for pleasure, what it means and how to get it to work for you.

I can help your child learn how to organise and access academia.

I can discuss what support I can give you and your child with their learning journey.

I can help students from yr 5 to undergraduates.

I can work on an ad hoc basis where you can book occasional sessions as required. You do not have to book a block.

I will be sending resources and feedback and happy for parents to be present during the sessions.

I do not offer subject specific but rather work on general skills to help in all your child’s subjects.

Every child is different, as is their learning experience - I believe in working with kindness and I do not judge abilities vs age. I do believe in trying to find what brings your child joy within academia and how that can be used to help with all their other subjects.

I offer a parachute service where I am happy to jump in and cover a session or two for you if you need it.

I can link in any of what I offer to reinforce what you are teaching your student.

I can work alongside you by supporting the students research skills for project work while you are teaching a particular topic.

I am happy to be a second voice if you feel it is needed occasionally for your student.
